The position will be responsible for managing and cultivating the pay-per-view affiliate marketing activities of Zuffa, LLC and the Ultimate Fighting Championship ("UFC"). Among the duties for this position are working directly with affiliates to create compelling and productive local campaigns, keeping the affiliate database up-to-date and accurate, and finding new ways to encourage affiliates to support the fastest growing sport in the world in their local market.

Responsibilities: • Serve as main point of contact for UFC’s pay-per-view affiliates for all marketing needs including media, direct mail, telemarketing, local retail partnerships, etc. • Manage and cultivate strong affiliate relationships, and be a conduit of information between affiliates and Zuffa. • Reach out to affiliates in all key markets, particularly markets that are currently inactive, and convince them to advertise UFC locally. • In conjunction with Manager of Event Marketing, plan local market advertising so that co-op advertising works as a companion to Zuffa general market advertising. • Develop compelling campaigns and offers for affiliates to engage in on a local level. • Travel as necessary to affiliates for presentations on the UFC product and to assist with local promotions. • Prepare and present timely and accurate reports of affiliate marketing activities for each event. • Track PPV event buyrates. Maintain a database of event performance for each system. • Manage UFC’s affiliate extranet website. Keep content up-to-date and run promotions to keep affiliates engaged and visiting the website. • Travel to UFC events as necessary to showcase the product to affiliates in the local market. • Ensure that affiliates receive and utilize marketing materials for each event including cross-channel, ad slicks, and marketing kits.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Ability and desire to travel – up to 40%. • 4 years work experience of which 2 years must be in a non-administrative position with a pay/premium/subscription related TV product • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) • Thorough understanding of marketing principles, and ability to think "outside of the box" • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Desire to work independently and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment • Ability to establish effective relationships with all levels of management • Professional, self-starting, "get it done" attitude and work ethic
