Pretty aggressive head kick! Jesus!
Dude, Herring had his ass and he let him stand up? That just goes to show, you always finish your opponent and fight until it’s called. Now, when people say “why do guys knock somebody out and then jump on them and keep punching them?”….. what happened in that fight is exactly why.
the fight should have been stopped plain and simple the ref blew the call
did ortiz lose?
no it was a draw
The Tito fight was a draw, Tito would have won but he lost a point in the 2nd round for holding the fence, which cost him the slight edge he had over rashad
Anyone know what happened in the under card
the article’s author in incorrect that the ref should have stopped the fight after the head-kick; this is UFC and the right call was to wait and see…the ONLY mistake was herring not finishing it at the end of that round or the beginning of the next. my only lame excuse for him not attacking him on the ground was nog’s A+ bjj. but tex should have come out “guns a blazin’” at the start of the second!!!
outside of the one kick, nog was pure domination and deserved the unaninous decision!!!
tito is soooo overrated
