| Dana White Says Marlon Sims and Noah Thomas “Will Never Fight in the UFC” |

According to Brawl Sports of the Houston Chronicle, Marlon Sims and Noah Thomas won’t be fighting on The Ultimate Fighter 5 Finale after all. In fact, Dana White said they “will never fight in the UFC - ever.”
Spike TV issued a press release on May 29, that was posted here on MMATorch and other media outlets, that stated Sims and Thomas would "rematch" the streetfight they had on the TUF 5 show, with a legit fight on the televised portion of the upcoming TUF 5 Finale. Apparently, while this was a fight Spike TV wanted, the UFC had never approved the fight. Dana White blamed the mix-up on a "mistake." Brawl Sports wonders if the UFC reversed course, after receiving backlash for being hypocritical after White had chastised the fighters for their actions and kicked them off the show.

yea this fight was pretty amazing. i think this shoulf have been a great rivalry and they should have stayed in the ufc.
The whole thing is blown out of proportion. What was Noah supposed to do? the guy threw him out of his chair. The UFC has been pushing the bad blood theme all too often lately, and this is no different. I think it would have been an interesting fight.
Dana, You are a hypocrite dude! You say that these two guy’s have set the sport of cage fighting back by years- ha!. Athlete’s not goons right? Why then, did you decide to air the episode at all? Ratings, thats why. You should have either killed that airing altogether or let them fight in the finale. I personally thought it brought interest to season 5. I would have loved to have seen Marlon and Noah fight in the cage. Instead you decide to ban them altogether. Give me (and them) a break. Remember the bad blood and verbal conflicts between Penn and Pulver? You yourself said you thought they were going to throw down right there in your office. That stuff makes for for good fights. Let em’ rumble, if it sucks, then deny ‘em-
